• Developed fixtures, measurement guidelines, and procedure for the Lightwear vision optics assembly and sub-assembly components using coordinate and optical measurement machines, profilometers, shock tables, and thermal chambers to analyze system failure modes
• Assembled proof of concept builds where I diagnosed root causes of issues and determined corrective actions both at suppliers and production facilities

• Responsible for ensuring optimal operating conditions for pressure regulating and vapor recovery systems
